Beginning on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, the NeuroBalance Center will offer fitAbility, a new program designed for young adults with developmental delays, cerebral palsy, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and related conditions.
Taught by a licensed clinician and a seasoned group fitness instructor, fitAbility classes will address essential skills, including bilateral coordination, gross and fine motor skills, agility, balance, motor planning, strength, and endurance.
Participants must complete a pre-assessment with the instructor before starting the class and have a caregiver with them at all times during each class
The NeuroBalance Center will be open by appointment onlyfrom Monday, December 22, to Saturday, January 3. There will be no Transportation or Group Fitness Classes and limited Reception services during this time.
The NeuroBalance Center will be closed on Thursday, December 25, and Thursday, January 1, for the Christmas and New Year's holidays.
On behalf of NeuroBalance Center, we wish everyone a safe and happy holiday season!
