The NeuroBalance Center Team is working diligently to accommodate our participants as we navigate the current situation.  We are open for all programs and services by appointment only except for large group classes and events.

Please, no hugs or handshaking. Your participation at the NeuroBalance Center Services and the NeuroBalance Center Rides Program Is voluntary. All riders ride in the back of the van. No riders in the front seat. All services including Rides are by appointment only. Call to arrange a ride at 847-800-6162.

The Driver will call you when they arrive.
We will let you know when we are ready for you. Please be ready at your scheduled time. Make sure your contact information at the NeuroBalance Center is correct (i.e.phone, address, and email). Please review the participation guidelines on our website. The day of your appointment, answer, and submit the Health Screen questions before each appointment.

Please wear a face covering when the van arrives to pick you up.
It must be worn in the van and the entire time you are at the Center. Face covering must cover your nose and mouth at all times.

You will be asked to sanitize your hands before entering the van.
After your appointment, we suggest washing your hands before leaving the Center.

Do not bring anyone with you to your appointment
(caregivers are allowed if needed to assist with appointment). Caregivers that are allowed into the center must stay with the client at all times. The lobby and seating areas are closed.

You will be required to complete a health screening prior to your ride. Your temperature will be taken before you enter the van. If health screen responses indicate participants are at high risk or symptomatic they will not be allowed to participate in the rides program or at the Center.

Leave unnecessary items at home.
Only the essentials please, no extra items, bags, or electronics.

No outside food or drinks are allowed. We have a touchless water dispenser with disposable cups if needed.

Every NeuroBalance Center Client has a MindBody account with us.
If you have not already done so, please call us to set up your password for your account. This will allow you to update your own information, including payment options.

Check out will be touchless and done at the end of every day through our HIPAA compliant software, MindBody.
All clients will be required to have a credit card on their MindBody account.

There is no 100% safe environment.
The NeuroBalance Center is taking necessary precautions as stated by the CDC and the State of Illinois. Your participation at the NeuroBalance Center and the NBC Rides Program is voluntary.
